• How long does the device battery last?

Our TENS units come with a standard lithium ion battery that is rechargeable and long lasting. Each charge should last over 15 hours of use.

• How long is the warranty period?

All our products come with a standard 5-year limited warranty. This means Unimed Massager guarantees its TENS units and accessory devices will be free from defects in material and workmanship for at least 5 years from the date of purchase, with some exceptions.
