• Warranty is only applicable to customers who complete our online product registration form within 30 days of purchase.
• Warranty is only given with the presentation of the original purchase receipt.

If you are experiencing problems with your Unimed Massager or accessory, please first contact our customer support. You will then be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your exchange.

Please include the following items with your return:

1. Original packaging with all accessories
2. A copy of your original receipt, showing the date of purchase and amount paid
3. A brief note describing the reason for your return
4. A check made payable to “Otto Trading Inc.” for Shipping & Handling; $19.99 for US customers, or $29.99 for international customers
5. A return shipping address and contact phone number.
